Cancellation Policy
Unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please note the following policy:

A minimum 24 hour advance notice is appreciated when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a session.

Late Arrivals
Late arrival to a session may be shortened to accommodate appointments following the session. When the length of time of the treatment is shortened due to a late arrival, the client will be responsible for paying for the originally scheduled time for the session. Out of respect and consideration to the therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
